Request deletion of your RC Collective account and associated data without installing the app or signing in.
Submit a deletion request
Choose whether to include connected RC Peptides, RCP Cosmetics and RC Affiliates accounts. We verify ownership before deleting accounts. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
You can also email info@rcfairtradebv.com with “RC Collective account deletion” as the subject. Send it from your account address where possible. Opening this email link does not itself send a request.
What happens next?
Your form submission is recorded with a reference. RC support verifies ownership and coordinates the selected accounts. You do not need to give a reason. Support will explain the result and any information that must be retained.
App-profile deletion removes the app profile, connected credentials, sessions, app checkout records and matching terms-submission records. The app’s immediate delete button also clears the cart and saved collection on that device. A website request cannot clear another device’s local storage; clear that storage separately if needed.
For immediate app-profile deletion, use Account → Delete app account in the app. Original shop and affiliate accounts are separate; this form’s “associated accounts” option requests coordinated handling of those accounts.
Information that may remain
Deleting an account does not cancel orders, payments or shipments. Transaction, invoice, security or affiliate records may need to remain for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. RC support will explain applicable exceptions. Request records are kept while being handled and removed from the app service 90 days after resolution.
