1. Who we are
RC Collective is operated by RC Fairtrade B.V., Techniekweg 13a, 3481 MK Harmelen, Netherlands. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean RC Fairtrade B.V. Contact info@rcfairtradebv.com for questions about the app or these terms. These terms govern your use of the app and its account services.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You may sign in with an existing RC Peptides or RCP Cosmetics account, or create an account with either shop. New shop accounts require email verification before sign-in. Only connect accounts that belong to you or that you are authorised to use. Keep your password and recovery emails secure, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for your own use of the account; this does not make you responsible for security failures caused by us. You may also create an app profile with Google. Google sign-in does not automatically create or connect a shop account; existing shop ownership must be verified separately.
3. Connected shops and services
The app brings together product information, saved products, connected order history and eligible affiliate information from RC Peptides, RCP Cosmetics and RC Affiliates. Connecting an account does not combine shop balances, subscriptions or purchase contracts. Each shop remains responsible for its own orders and customer service. The relevant shop’s terms, delivery and returns policies apply to purchases, and the affiliate programme’s separate agreement applies to commissions and payouts. These app terms do not replace those agreements.
4. Products, prices and your cart
Product information, prices and availability can change. Check the details and final total shown by the selling shop before placing an order. Saving a product or adding it to the app’s cart does not reserve stock, place an order or authorise a payment. Checkout and payment take place with each selling shop. Products from both shops require separate orders, payments and deliveries, with shipping charges and dispatch estimates confirmed by each shop. Opening checkout does not confirm that payment has been completed. We aim to display accurate information and will correct errors when brought to our attention.
5. Product use and research materials
Follow the seller’s product labels, restrictions and instructions. RC Peptides research materials are for lawful laboratory research only and are not for human consumption or human or veterinary treatment. Information in the app is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified professional. Cosmetics must be used for their stated cosmetic purpose. Do not use the app to obtain products in breach of restrictions that apply to you.
6. Acceptable use and our content
We give you a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the app for its intended purposes. Our branding, photographs, designs and software remain owned by us or our licensors. Do not impersonate another person, access someone else’s account, bypass security, introduce harmful code, overload services or copy and commercially redistribute protected content without permission. Nothing here restricts rights that the law gives you.
7. Privacy, messages and account recovery
Our Privacy information explains how account information is used and how to request deletion. Accepting these terms does not itself subscribe you to marketing. News and offers are optional and are handled by the shop you choose during registration; you can unsubscribe through its emails. Account verification, security and password recovery messages are service messages. Password recovery checks both shops. If your email is registered with both, you may receive a separate reset email from each. Reset links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once. Resetting one shop’s password does not change the other shop’s password.
8. Availability, changes and ending access
We use reasonable care to operate the app, but maintenance, connection problems or shop outages may interrupt it. We may update features and make proportionate restrictions where needed to protect accounts, comply with law or address a serious breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us about it. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your app profile from Account. This does not automatically delete your separate shop accounts, cancel orders or unsubscribe you from shop mailing lists. Use the account-deletion request in the app or at https://rccollective.app/account-deletion/ for a coordinated request covering shop and affiliate accounts. We verify ownership and explain any records that must be retained.
9. Your rights and our responsibility
We remain responsible for obligations and losses for which the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or intentional misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer rights, guarantees or remedies. Where you are a consumer, protections that apply in your country of residence remain available to you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for changes to the app, legal requirements or security needs. We will make the updated version and date available in the app and give reasonable advance notice of material changes unless an urgent legal or security reason prevents it. Changes apply prospectively; we will ask for renewed agreement where required. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the app and close your app account without losing rights arising before the change.
11. Questions and disputes
Please contact info@rcfairtradebv.com first so we can try to resolve an issue. Dutch law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. You may bring a claim before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
