A little closer to your RC world.
Support for RC Collective, RCP Cosmetics, RC Peptides and your connected account.
Here to help.
Email info@rcfairtradebv.com with the shop and order reference, if relevant. Never send your password or full payment-card details.
For password recovery, choose “Forgot your password?” on the app’s login screen. Each shop manages its own password.
Two shops. Separate orders.
A cart containing both brands uses separate payments, shipping charges and packages. For a delivery or payment query, include the relevant shop’s order reference so support can find the correct order.
Shop delivery and returns
Each shop confirms its delivery options, charges and dispatch estimate at checkout. Read the relevant shop’s information before placing an order.
