01 / A FAMILIAR WAY IN
Start with the account you already have.
Log in using the email and password you use at RCpeptides or RCPcosmetics. The app checks both shops, so there is no need to choose a shop first.
New to RC? Register in the app or continue with Google. If you have an account at the other shop, connect it from your account screen. You need to prove ownership before its orders or account details become available. A matching email address alone does not link an account.
Forgotten a password? Choose “Forgot your password?” on the login screen. If your email belongs to either shop, that shop sends its recovery instructions.

Browse both brands together or filter the collection by shop. Search for a specific product, open its details and tap the heart to keep it in your saved collection.
Product pages show the selling shop, current product information and available reviews. Research materials include research-use information and available test reports. Read the relevant product information before adding anything to your cart.
03 / ONE SHARED ADDRESS
One place to start. Each shop takes care.
Enter your contact and delivery details once. The app uses them to prepare the relevant shop orders, then shows the delivery options and payment methods available for each.

A mixed cart requires two separate payments. Shipping charges, payment methods and dispatch estimates can differ between shops. Review each total before paying; the methods offered at checkout are the ones available for that order.
If you complete only one payment, the other order is not automatically paid. Return to your checkout and check its status. If a payment is unclear, contact the relevant shop before placing a replacement order.
04 / FOLLOW ALONG
Keep every order in view.
Open Orders in the app to see purchases available through your connected shop accounts and orders placed through your app profile. Select an order for its items, payment status and available shipment information.
Tracking appears when the shop has supplied it. Two shops send separate packages, which may arrive at different times. For payment, delivery or returns questions, contact the selling shop with its order reference.
