Delivery and payment fees do not earn points. Fractions of a euro carry forward; your wallet shows the available whole points. Refunds can reduce the points earned.

Rewards use 50 points per euro of reward value. For example, the bamboo spatula reward is 50 RCpoints when available. Check the points cost shown in the app before confirming.
The delivery details.
Points cover the selected reward. Delivery is paid separately and confirmed at checkout. RCpoints are rewards, not a cash balance, and cannot be withdrawn as money.

Do my older orders earn RCpoints?
The programme starts with eligible paid purchases from 30 October 2026. Purchases before that date do not earn points.
Can I earn on both shops?
Yes, through your verified connected shop accounts and eligible purchases associated with your app profile. A matching email alone is not enough to connect a shop account.
What happens after a refund?
Refunds can reduce the points earned on an order. A partially refunded order may need review before the wallet reflects the final adjustment. Contact support with the shop and order reference if something looks wrong.
Is every product available for points?
No. Only the selected clothing and accessories offered in the app’s rewards collection can be redeemed. Stock and the points cost are shown there.
